ABOUT US
With V-Star Fitness, the essence of outdoor play is celebrated, in every capacity! We emphasize and embody the belief that: "One is never too old to revel in the wonders of our natural environment and the playful spirit of the Natural World." Recently, we have EXPANDED to incorporate Homesteading and Gardening seminars, as well as offering Ayurvedic Herbalism and Horticulture courses with Victor's business partner and wife, Kelley. Their Homestead, La Quinta Bonita, in Hastings, Fl., serves as a multifaceted space, supporting natural micro-farming practices, raising poultry and small livestock, and cultivating an array of nourishing foods and healing herbs; the couple also offers overnight camping via Hip Camp (see link: https://www.hipcamp.com/en-US/land/florida-la-quinta-bonita-homestead-lz9hk6x6?shareid=1wueo4iz3a3).
Sharing our passion for nature, in any of it's forms, away from all the 'hustle and bustle' of Big City Life and to become one with nature is who WE are; while incorporating fitness, wellness and finding pleasure in life. Exploring outdoor spaces and creating memorable adventures on paddle boards, mountain bikes, kayaks and/or via horticultural practices or learning about plants/herbs is what we do! The natural world is what our body, mind and souls need to Heal and Find Balance in Life for Total Wellness!
